Mini wraps are small wraps that you can add to arrows that may have your name and arrow numbers on them together with perhaps a flag or logo. You can heavily customise your mini wraps to your tastes to match you set up or arrows. They also don’t cost too much and when ordering you can specify to have numbering of 1-12 or two sets of 1-6 or even several sets of just numbers 1-3. You also need to tell the company you buy them from which arrows and arrow spine you have so that the size of the wrap fits perfectly once around your arrows.

The mini arrow wraps I use are purchased from Arrow Socks in the UK.

Adding them to your arrows is really easy and not something you really need to read about. But there are some things to think about such as which way round should I face them? Where along the arrow shaft should I put them? Why do I need arrow wraps at all?

Which way round should I face them?

That’s up to you, you could put them the same way as the arrow decals or you may want to put them the same side you usually always approach the archery target.

Where along the arrow shaft should I put them?

Most people would place them about 1 inch or a few centimetres below the vanes. Remember to put them all in the same position on each arrow so they look good!

Why do I need arrow wraps at all?

It’s really handy to have your arrows named, especially for competitions and having them numbered allows you to see if any of your arrows are misbehaving and need further investigation.

How to Add Mini Wraps to your arrows

Start by deciding where you are placing the mini wrap and peel off your first wrap sticker, then align them correctly and straight onto the arrow shaft and slowly roll the wrap around the arrow shaft with your fingers.
